Qualifying Service: Serving/Retired Officers of the Central/State Government or PSU under State/Central Government holding analogous post, Judicial officers of state/central government) or equivalent post of District & Sessions Judge on regular basis ; or Minimum 5 years experience of working on the post of Additional District & Sessions Judge or equivalent. Nature of Experience: Judicial/Quasi-Judicial legal matters preferably relating to Electricity laws/Regulations including proceedings, petitions, pleadings, listing of the case laws, drafting statutes/or legislation. |
